Performance evaluation of aircrew and their equipment at altitude. The facility comprises a three compartment man-rated hypobaric chamber, with which the pressure can be reduced to provide simulated altitudes, including rapid decompression, in excess of 100,000ft. A hyperbaric chamber for use in the event of a medical emergency supports the facility.
