X-Net® vehicle arresting system

The X-Net® system can fully arrest a range of vehicles using a unique spiked net design. The non-lethal system is man portable, can be deployed in a matter of seconds and causes minimal damage to target vehicles. TruX-NetTM is being developed to arrest a range of heavy vehicles weighing in excess of 10,000Kg. X-TendTM is a prototype remote deployment solution that rapidly launches the X-Net®/TruX-NetTM and increases operator safety.

X-Net in action Unique barbed spikes in the leading edge of the net pierce the front tyres, the net then envelopes the front tyres and is pulled tight under the vehicle to stop the wheels and bring the vehicle to a safe stop.

X-Tend Winch deployment system is specifically designed to work with the X-Net and TruX-Net range of vehicle arrest products. X-Tend operates equally well on tarmac or unstructured roads in a wide range of climatic conditions above freezing. X-Tend removes operators from the danger zone, increases system reliability and reduces operator workload.
