QinetiQ has many years experience in supporting all aspects of the MOD's information security needs. We understand both the process and the documentary requirements for accreditation, and also the relationship between accreditation and the MOD's business. Our implementation expertise includes security architecture design, integration and encryption, through to delivering managed intrusion detection services and secure web hosting. We have both CESG Listed Advisor Scheme (CLAS) and CHECK accredited consultants.

Our staff generate all aspects of Accreditation Document Sets and supporting documents required by project accreditation panels, including Security Operating Procedures and user training materials. We are uniquely positioned to offer consultancy in Domain Based Security documentation as mandated in JSP 440.

We design security architectures for the most sensitive of Government systems. Our considerable integration skills, particularly adapting COTS products, enable us to meet the unique security requirements of sensitive MOD and OGD systems. We ensure the policy and principles of information coherence are designed into new secure systems.

Our PKI support for MOD programmes advises on market leading solutions, best architectural approaches and assurance and accreditation issues.
