QinetiQ’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance is fundamental to the Group’s operations,not only in terms of ensuring compliance with the Combined Code on Corporate Governance as revised by the Financial Reporting Council in June 2006, but more generally in the way the Group conducts its day-to-day business affairs.

Model Code
QinetiQ complies with a code of securities dealings in relation to the Ordinary Shares which is consistent with the Model Code published in the Listing Rules. The code applies to the Directors and relevant employees of the Group.
